Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications for automotive infotainment systems.
  • Develop and integrate features related to Smartphone Projection Technologies.
  • Develop and integrate navigation solutions.
  • Develop and integrate media solutions.
  • Work with Android OS, AOSP, Android Build System, Android Architecture, Android Multimedia Framework, Android Framework API, CAR Framework, HIDL, and HAL services.
  • Develop and maintain drivers and other low-level software components as needed.
  • Collaborate with other software and hardware teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Resolve system-level issues and dependencies.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and Kotlin.
  • Experience with Android Studio, Eclipse IDE, and other relevant development tools.
  • Experience with requirements management tools.

Expectations:

  • Experience: 6-12 years of experience in embedded software development with a strong focus on Android Automotive.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
