Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. You will break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes. You will also liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Additionally, you will assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client needs are met as projects evolve. You will analyze risks and opportunities, oversee project procurement management, and monitor project progress. You will also handle any issues that arise and act as the point of contact for all participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Possess the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Demonstrate solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Show strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • Hold 3-5 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager.
