Job Title: Microservices Platform Architect

Our company is seeking an experienced Microservices Platform Architect to lead our team of engineers in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient microservices-based systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-native applications, containerization, and DevOps practices.

About the Role:
As a Microservices Platform Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our microservices-based architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in monitoring tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment will be essential in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient microservices-based systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions.
3. Oversee the development and maintenance of microservices-based architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
4. Implement monitoring tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment to ensure reliability and scalability.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Proven experience (8+ years) in a technical leadership role supporting microservices-based applications.
3. Deep understanding of microservices architecture, preferably Azure Spring Apps, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
4. Experience with monitoring tools and practices for microservices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Azure App Insights).
5. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
6. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, PostgreSQL.
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to incident response and root cause analysis.
8. Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
