Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide emotional support.
  • Clinical Support: Assist senior nurses with various clinical procedures and treatments, prepare patients for examinations, and maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, collaborate with senior nurses and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans, and document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Adherence to Standards and Protocols

  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
