Job Title: Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our team and drive data-powered outcomes in complex telecommunications and IT Asset Management (ITAM) environments.

The ideal candidate will design robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, build scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and enhance client value across telecom operations and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sophisticated ETL pipelines using modern tools such as DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Design high-performance database structures and queries for telecom and ITAM analytics.
  • Develop BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), or Tableau.
  • Architect data integrations between legacy telecom systems and cloud-based ITAM platforms (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure).
  • Lead data migration projects and ensure enterprise-grade data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SQL database development, including MS SQL Server.
  • 5+ years of experience with modern ETL tools and technologies.
  • 5+ years of BI/reporting experience, including Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with telecom domain knowledge, including OSS/BSS systems and network infrastructure.
  • ITAM expertise, including software/hardware lifecycle and license compliance.
  • Cloud experience, including AWS and Azure, and programming skills in Python and R.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
