Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with sales, operations, proposals, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment. Your expertise in ERP systems, specifically Oracle and SAP, will be invaluable in managing inventory levels and resolving order-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate order backlog and forecast data to inform production planning.
  • Optimize plant capacity utilization and develop production schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Apply backward and forward scheduling concepts to ensure efficient production planning.
  • Provide clear directions to the team for raw material planning and capacity building.
  • Develop and implement prioritization strategies based on committed shipment plans and material availability dates.
  • Prepare monthly manufacturing and shipment plans to meet customer needs.
  • Track and manage production readiness and customer requirements.
  • Update and maintain records in Genesyss for project planning.
  • Ensure accurate transactions in the system and optimal inventory costs.
  • Apply statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies to resolve production issues.
  • Provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Maintain and update KPI data.
  • Continuously review and improve key process indicators.
  • Adhere to integrated management system and ISO processes.
  • Monitor sales performance against committed POR.
Dimensions and Scope

Internal Customers: All iCenter Nasik employees, including EEEC II, WWSC, and PSG.

External Customers: PSG MEA/SEA, EPM India (internal customers iCenter Nasik), International end users of PSG products, suppliers.

About You

You are a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong ability to promote shared goals and take action in constantly evolving situations. You actively seek input from relevant sources to make timely and informed decisions, handling risk effectively.

You are a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a team player attitude. You possess fluency in English and the ability to coordinate multiple efforts within the company to achieve objectives.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of four to five years' experience in manufacturing and process automation. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle and SAP, is also essential.
