Core Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented Core Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable backend applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Python (OOP, data structures, design patterns) and hands-on experience with Django (ORM, middleware, application architecture). Proven experience with FastAPI for building async APIs is also a must.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
  • Building robust and scalable REST APIs and application modules.
  • Designing and optimizing database schemas, queries, and transactions.
  • Implementing authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security best practices.
  • Working with async programming for performance-critical services.
  • Managing background jobs and distributed task queues.

Required skills include:

  • Strong expertise in Core Python (OOP, data structures, design patterns).
  • Hands-on experience with Django (ORM, middleware, application architecture).
  • Proven experience with FastAPI for building async APIs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and WebSockets.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).
  • Experience with async IO, concurrency, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of API security, session management, and data protection.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, or external services.

Preferred skills include knowledge of GraphQL, experience with cloud platforms, and exposure to monitoring & logging tools. Prior work in large-scale or high-traffic applications is also beneficial.
