About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our project-based team. If you have a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, we'd love to collaborate with you.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who prefer project-based flexibility over traditional monthly contracts.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with frontend & third-party services.
  • Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, SignalR, or Django Channels).
  • Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in at least one core backend framework: Django (Python), Spring Boot (Java), ASP.NET Core (C#), or Laravel (PHP).
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (Sockets, SignalR, gRPC, etc.).
  • Hands-on with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

  • Exposure to DevOps practices, such as infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
