Highly Skilled Observability Specialist Wanted

We're seeking a skilled Observability specialist to lead our team in designing and implementing high-quality observability solutions. With 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, you'll be responsible for driving enterprise-grade observability initiatives, enabling organizations to scale with reliability and performance.
This role involves hands-on technical leadership with a focus on OpenTelemetry, Python development, automation, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Build Observability Solutions
- Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python.
- Implement dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk.
- Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka.
- Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes.
- Build & optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD).
- Drive DevOps maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js a plus).
- Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX).
- Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
- Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience.
