Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor our products and services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in our CRM system.

  • You will communicate with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • You will stay informed about our products and services, as well as competing offerings, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferably).
  • 1-5 years of experience in an inside sales position, preferably in the US market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone and cold calling skills.
