Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a key role that will support the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, engineering, and architecture of our infrastructure, working closely with Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements.

As a subject matter expert in their field, they will deliver work independently and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
  • Work closely with Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements.
  • Plan, engineer, and architect infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Deliver work independently and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in an IT support environment with technical experience in distributed technologies and systems development.
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • 1 year of infrastructure engineering experience working across multiple domains, platforms, or specialty areas.
  • 2 years of experience in Unix/Linux/Windows server administration.
