Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate filling machines for perfumes, deodorants, and related products.
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when needed.

Quality Control and Maintenance:

  • Conduct in-process checks, fill weight, crimp quality, and leakage tests.
  • Identify and segregate defective units.
  • Report any deviation or quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machines.
  • Follow safety protocols while handling flammable materials and pressurized cans.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Record daily production data, output, wastage, and downtime.
  • Maintain a logbook of machine operations and cleaning records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crimping and filling operations, with at least 3 years of experience. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. As a successful individual, you will possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
