Job Title: Senior Backend Developer – Python/Golang with Kubernetes & AI Infrastructure

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 7–10 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced backend developers with strong expertise in Python , Golang , and Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI Infrastructure projects and be capable of contributing to high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Golang.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Golang .
  • Mandatory: Kubernetes expertise (Certification preferred but not required if experience is solid).
  • Experience working on AI Infrastructure or related projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
