About Network Architect Role

We are seeking a seasoned Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our IT network equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive network solutions that meet our organization's needs, including high availability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network systems, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Perform regular maintenance, monitoring, and tuning of network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to anticipate future network needs.
  • Security: Implement and enforce security protocols as necessary and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other infrastructure teams and application developers to ensure a cohesive approach to network management.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of our network environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
  • Experience with cloud networking solutions.
