About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious Sales and Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact. This includes supporting our marketing campaigns, engaging with potential clients, and enhancing our online presence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for PSI's services.
  2. Create and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, email campaigns, and online ads.
  3. Contribute to content creation, including writing posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  4. Assist with customer outreach and follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  5. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvements.
  6. Support the promotion of our virtual puja booking system, expert counseling services, and other offerings.
  7. Organize online and offline events or webinars to promote PSI's services.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Interest or knowledge in spirituality, religious practices, and technology.
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
