Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated project coordinator to oversee and execute corporate office interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements, guaranteeing quality standards.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Track project budgets, materials usage, and report cost deviations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance regulations are strictly followed at the site, minimizing risks and liabilities.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide quick, effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
