Highly skilled HVAC professionals are sought after to join a dynamic team in delivering technical expertise for various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mechanical support across different stages of project development, from conceptual design to construction.

  • Liaise closely with regional stakeholders and local teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Produce high-quality mechanical deliverables, such as calculations, schedules, drawings, and specifications, in accordance with applicable standards and codes.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project context.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional profile by consistently delivering projects and earning respect from colleagues.
  • Contribute meaningfully to internal design team meetings, share experiences, and make design suggestions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist in developing tools and improving procedures and standards to increase efficiency.
  • Execute design tasks within your skills and experience to develop schemes, clearly communicating designed elements to engineers.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to maximize productivity, efficiency, and reliability while meeting challenging work goals.
  • Ensure quality and schedule for own work.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new skillsets and perform services consistent with your role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in using typical HVAC design software. Experience in Australian projects is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Design (calculations, schedules, specifications, drawings) of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection equipment related to Building Mechanical projects.
  • Proficient in use of typical HVAC design software from Carrier HAP, Trane, Camel, IES or equal.
  • Ability to perform pump and pipeline sizing for plumbing systems.
  • Competent level of baseline skills, i.e. professional and confident with essential, basic business and communication skills required for career growth in all positions.
