Job Description

We are seeking a strategic thinker and high-caliber content professional to join our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-performance B2B/B2C content, especially within technology, consulting, and vertical-specific domains.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative storytelling, and operational excellence. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce content that seamlessly integrates the latest tech tools and human insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support client objectives.
  2. Content Development & Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, infographics, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
  3. Thought Leadership & Executive Ghostwriting: Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces, ghostwritten articles for CXOs, and executive content that position the customer as an industry pioneer.
  4. Multiformat Content Creation: Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our automation focus.
  5. Marketing & Sales Collateral: Develop compelling marketing assets such as campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and info-graphics to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  6. Research & Industry Analysis: Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
  7. Leverage Tech & Automation: Integrate latest marketing automation tools, AI-driven content platforms, and analytics to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Use SEO and analytics tools to track content engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
  9. Project & Stakeholder Management: Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
  10. Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and technological advancements to continually enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.

  • 5-6 years of experience in strategic content development within tech, consulting, or marketing automation domains.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact content across formats and industries.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

This role is based at Vijayawada office, with limited WFH flexibility if required.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Immediate onboarding preferred.
