System Architect Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable systems that meet the needs of our internal accounting, finance, and tax teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, and a strong understanding of software development principles, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable systems using cloud computing platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in system architecture, software development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure needs
  • Experience working with end user or developer communities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
