Job Title: Deputy General Manager

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position for a prestigious business school in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process, from outreach to enrolment. They will create and execute strategic plans to meet enrolment goals, conduct campus tours, manage student records, and provide excellent service to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing, and implementing outreach initiatives to identify new collaborations and opportunities.
  • Contacting potential parents and arranging meetings to handle admission walk-ins and address their queries.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to find new opportunities and plan events to coordinate between primary stakeholders.
  • Email, walk-ins, and phone communication as a single point of contact for existing parents and students.
  • Formulating a Brand Marketing Strategy to expand the brand for sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic enrolment plans.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in admissions.
  • Experience with student records management and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
