Data Engineering Position

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to craft world-class data solutions for global clients. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our data capabilities and driving product insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines to move data from multiple sources into data stores/warehouses.
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, models, and metrics.
  • Data Storage Solutions: Manage and optimize data storage solutions, including Postgres, BigQuery, Redshift, or cost-effective alternatives.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across all pipelines.
  • Automation and Monitoring: Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting for data workflows.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Support business intelligence, dashboards, and analytics use cases.
  • API Integrations and Data Ingestion: Work on API integrations and structured/unstructured data ingestion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data engineering / backend development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent programming language).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks (Airbyte, Airflow, dbt, Luigi, or similar).
  • A good understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and optimization.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or open-source alternatives.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver in a lean setup.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for building scalable systems.
