Job Title

This is a challenging role that requires an individual with exceptional technical skills and leadership abilities.

  • We are seeking a skilled developer who can provide complex application development services, leading projects from start to finish.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Java and Spring Boot, as well as knowledge of Microservices architecture and REST API.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git and Gradle is also essential.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing systematic solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • You will work closely with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • You will also be responsible for performing work in compliance with all standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Apart from the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will participate on project teams, take up various roles such as Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager based on experience level, and assist in reporting project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Git and Gradle.
  • Design to deployment experience of microservices applications.
  • Knowledge of Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle NFR development.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with architects.
  • Basic knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with design patterns for web application development and integrating front-end/back-end applications.
  • Experience with Cloud SDK in GCP, such as Cloud Run, Firestore, App Engine, and Cloud Function.
  • Participation in code reviews and design reviews for deliverables from the team.
  • Experience in analyzing SonarQube static code analysis.
  • Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry.
