Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to manage financial data and prepare reports. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in conducting audits, preparing audit reports, and finalizing accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry/Bookkeeping (Purchase/sales/Bank and Cash payments and JVs)
  • To pass monthly closing entries to finalize accounts and prepare monthly balance sheets and monthly Profit and loss accounts
  • To conduct audits and prepare the audit reports
  • To do TDS e-filings and income tax returns filings

Requirements:

  • At least have 1-2 years of experience in accounting field
  • Must have knowledge of Tally ERP, independently finalize accounts, and prepare balance sheets and P&L
  • Possess good drafting and communication skills, and good multi-tasking and time management
  • Knowledge of conducting auditing and experience in independently preparing draft audit reports
  • To plan, implement, coordinate, and execute all jobs on time

Qualifications:

  • Inter CA/Inter CS/M.com Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Language skills: English
