Job Title: Senior Technical Project ManagerSenior Technical Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Product Implementation team. This role involves strategic planning, organizational oversight, and execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure client approval as needed.
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for all Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Triage requirements with the team, identify solutions, or seek guidance from management to meet project timelines.
  • Oversee implementation, close out with clients post-deployment, and hand over to support teams.
  • Promote Change Requests, drive additional revenues, and deliver client requirements within agreed project timelines.
  • Ensure objectives captured in Statements of Work (SOW) are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Cultivate collaboration with supporting teams like PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams as needed.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to facilitate project delivery and seamless client support.
  • Limited functional bugs into production.
  • Communicate client requirements impacting project schedules to clients and management.
  • Maintain and provide project status and progress data as requested by management.
  • Provide training on implementation processes and client data validation for self and team members.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in project management using tools and activities like estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, proposals, and RFPs.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of design and solution processes as an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects, restricting scope creep, and resource wastage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
