  • Competence in using collaborative tools and technologies to enhance participant engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to align workshop outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and a willingness to continuously learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in facilitation across varied audiences, industries, and cultural contexts.
  • Experience working with global teams and integrating hybrid learning models.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools or gamified training platforms is advantageous.
