As a remote entry-level role, you'll have the freedom to explore, research, and implement new tools and technologies that will shape our digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and recommend cutting-edge digital tools for various departments, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Develop engaging digital training materials, such as video tutorials, guides, and documentation, to enhance our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document and share knowledge across the organization, empowering staff to confidently adopt new tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, serving as a bridge between stakeholders and technology experts.
  • Monitor and optimize digital tool licenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills gaps and develop targeted training resources.
  • Contribute to strategic projects focused on leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in automation platforms and AI tools, with experience working with emerging technologies.
  • Strong content creation skills: ability to craft compelling digital learning materials using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven platforms.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills, with a focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
  • Good organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
