Job Title: Lead Creative/Art Director

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist to spearhead our brand's visual identity and drive creative output across multiple channels. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative campaign ideas, steering daily creative efforts, and elevating the overall brand experience.

  • Lead the development of compelling brand narratives and visual direction for flagship campaigns.
  • Translate brand strategies into impactful creative work across ATL, digital, retail, and packaging formats.
  • Own and guide art direction for shoots, films, and all visual content, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
  • Transform briefs into cohesive campaign systems and master visual assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Review and refine design outputs from the team, pushing for clarity, impact, and originality in every piece.
  • Establish and maintain systems that drive creative excellence and efficiency, including brand guidelines, mood boards, benchmarks, and regular reviews.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in brand design, campaign development, and art direction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working on ATL campaigns, including print, OOH, and film.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to lead concepts from inception to execution across various formats.
  • Strong design knowledge and equivalent real-world experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with generative AI tools.
