We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive process excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate financial results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Record to Report (RTR) function, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the RTR function including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.">
  • Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.">
  • Manage journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.">
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.">
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for audits, compliance, and financial analysis.">
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks.">
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the RTR team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A strong knowledge of R2R/RTR processes, including GL, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.">
  • A solid understanding of accounting standards IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS.">
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.">

Experience and Education

">

You must have:

  • ">
  • Chartered Accountant certification.">
  • At least 10-14 years of overall experience with at least 4-5 years in R2R/RTR and team leadership.">
  • Prior exposure to shared services/global finance operations is desirable.">
