Strategic Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategic financial operations manager to join our team.
As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the industry by driving innovation and excellence through effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting operations, including billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Analyze financial data, prepare and publish timely monthly financial reports, and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance, support month-end and year-end close processes, and manage cash flow.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, and manage compliance with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop, document, and monitor business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Proven experience in finance management, minute attention to details, auditing experience, compliance-oriented, understanding of data privacy standards, and proficiency in accounting software.
