Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management
  • Manage financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, for accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and provide timely, accurate financial reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets to optimize costs and profitability.
  • Analyze expenses and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Invoice Management
  • Generate client invoices for accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain records of receivables and payables for efficient cash flow management.
  • Financial Analysis
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Audit
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in financial management and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
