As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be part of our team contributing to the development of cutting-edge software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop products utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and other foundation models, evaluating and incorporating emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Design and implement high-performance search and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Data indexing, ranking, query processing.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, leveraging a polyglot approach with a preference for open-source models.

Our ideal candidate should possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, proficient in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray being a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with proficiency in technologies including Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, constructing RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
