AI Product Lead

We are looking for a talented AI Product Lead to join our team.

About the Role

The AI Product Lead will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, consulting, client success) to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation design development testing deployment iteration.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
  • Push the boundaries of AI experimenting with new methodologies tools and architectures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning deep learning or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python TensorFlow PyTorch and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
