Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our global financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Create and ensure accuracy of financial statements for international offices in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and other standards.
    • Collaborate with teams to facilitate timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Work with external auditors to support audit requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Participate in the global budgeting process and consolidate financial data across regions.
    • Analyze financial performance metrics including cash flow, profitability, and budget variances.
  • Cash Management & Treasury:
    • Manage global cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
    • Support initiatives to optimize working capital and streamline fund transfers.
  • Multicurrency Book Management:
    • Maintain accurate accounting records for transactions involving multiple currencies.
    • Ensure compliance with currency conversion policies and FX rate applications.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Management:
    • Identify improvements in financial processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
    • Evaluate adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Leadership & Team Support:
    • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting field.
  • 6–10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international taxation.
  • Experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
