  • Backend Development (Expert): Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging (Advanced): Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies (Proficient): AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation (Preferred): Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Champion adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards throughout the organization.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity across the org.
