About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at JLL. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the area of lease administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to clients in the area of lease administration, including abstracting critical information from leases and other contract documentation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve document/abstraction-related queries and ensure accurate recording of lease documents information into master document control logs/document trackers.
  • Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirements and prepare area, cost-schedule, and events variance reports for validation projects.
  • Ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external compliance policies.
  • Document business processes, train and mentor new team members, and audit work performed by new team members.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 3 years of experience in lease abstraction.
  • Impeccable expertise in lease administration, including experience with property management/lease administration systems.
  • Immaculate knowledge of computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook), strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data and prioritize work within tight operational deadlines.
  • Avid reader and fast learner with strong comprehension and paraphrasing skills.
