Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Agents for US Healthcare Sector
">This role involves interacting with customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
">The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Spanish and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
