Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and Defect Management: Analyze customer-reported defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a software tester in a reputable IT organization.
