We are seeking a skilled and collaborative GxP Systems Associate to support our global Laboratory Information Management System users.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision, interfacing with multiple groups, independently performing tasks, interpreting results, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master Data Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and precise master data within LIMS.
  • Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support to LIMS global users, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Training and Quality Control: Assist with training new users on LIMS operations and support during routine Quality Control activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharma or biotech.
  • Regulated Environment Experience: 4-5 years of work experience in a regulated environment.
  • Laboratory Experience: Understanding of laboratory experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC.
  • Global Regulatory Requirements: Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements.
  • System Experience: Proficiency in systems such as LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), electronic Quality Management System, and document management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong customer-facing skills and technical communication abilities.
