We are seeking a seasoned Integration Professional to craft, deploy and maintain robust integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and experience integrating applications in regulated domains such as life sciences or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable API integrations between platforms (e.g., LIMS, SAP, Veeva Vault).
  • Develop and maintain interface specifications, API documentation and error-handling workflows.
  • Work with integration tools/middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing and validation of integrations across environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–10 years of experience in API development and integration, preferably in regulated domains.
  • Proficiency with:
  • RESTful/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
  • Middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
  • API management tools and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT)
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, interface orchestration and exception handling.
  • Familiarity with pharma systems (e.g., LIMS, eBMR, Veeva) is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of GxP, CSV, and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Middleware/API certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are an advantage.
