Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive digital transformation for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing client requirements, analyzing and documenting them, configuring and testing applications, and training customers on business solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. The ability to work independently or in groups, think critically, and navigate complex projects is essential to success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing client data for loading and verifying application functionality
  • Capturing and understanding client requirements, mapping them to product solutions
  • Documenting requirements for further configurations
  • Communicating with clients on meeting agendas, minutes, demos, and inquiries
  • Navigating client calls to resolution and driving project completion
  • Testing system functionality and reporting issues for resolution
  • Coordinating cross-functional and regional teams for successful project delivery

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Implementation and delivery services software and tools experience
  • Software product implementation experience
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge (a plus)
