Lead Creative Director

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Visual Designer to take charge of our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

  • Create and oversee social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced designer who can balance hands-on creative work with strategic leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and own the brand's visual identity.
  2. Lead and mentor a creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  3. Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create storytelling-driven campaigns.
  5. Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software and tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
