As a senior creative strategist, you will lead our team in crafting impactful digital marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Creative Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and support client pitches.

2. Lead Content Direction: Ensure engaging and high-quality content in English and Malayalam, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

3. Review and Provide Feedback: Mentor junior creatives in reviewing and improving designs, video edits, and other creative outputs to maintain brand consistency and innovation.

4. Stay Updated and Adopt AI Tools: Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and efficiency, driving innovation and growth.

5. Drive Brainstorming Sessions: Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, ensuring the team delivers fresh, original, and effective ideas.

6. Provide Strategic Leadership: Align with business objectives, providing guidance and mentorship to the creative team while driving results.

Requirements:

1. 4+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a senior creative director in digital marketing or advertising agencies.

2. Strong Proficiency: Expertise in English and Malayalam, spoken and written.

3. Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse creative team, driving success and growth.
