Senior Business Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Technology Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing complex business technology projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, and providing expert recommendations and solutions.

About the Role
  • Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
  • Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges.
  • Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services that best meet the organization's needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD in a technical field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
  • 5+ years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions is required.
  • Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (previously PBCS or EPBCS) is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE is desired.
  • Experience with Smart View is required.
  • Experience with Narrative Reporting is desired.
  • Experience with Essbase 21c (on-prem or cloud) is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) is required.
