Fashion Product Coordinator

Role Overview:

As a key member of the team, we are seeking an experienced Fashion Product Coordinator to manage store and vendor relations, customer communications, and product merchandising across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have an eye for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure our products are presented in the most appealing and consistent way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store & Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Data Management: Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Website Management: Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging brand image online.
  • Product Merchandising: Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Experience: Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and resolving queries efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and other software.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
