Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Platform Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a consistently world-class customer experience, driving and orchestrating program execution, and ensuring seamless alignment across product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to drive modern practices in an AI-enabled world. They will be responsible for eliminating execution roadblocks, managing risks, enhancing efficiency, and driving delivery excellence with a strong lens on scalability, reliability, and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a TPM role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS/Cloud architecture.
  • Skilled and experienced in driving large-scale platform engineering initiatives involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and high business impact.
  • Past experience in establishing and driving engineering productivity metrics and transformation.
  • Ability to manage fast-changing priorities and bring clarity to ambiguity, common in AI development cycles.
  • Strong technical foundation in system design and architecture, distributed systems, API design principles, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Knowledge of authentication vs authorization, enterprise integrations, and multi-factor authentication.
