Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and managing FIA's volunteer wing while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, with travel across districts, the successful candidate will create structured volunteer experiences, ensure alignment with program teams, and amplify impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive volunteer strategy to support program operations.
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Design learning-oriented opportunities for volunteers to contribute meaningfully.
  • Coordinate between volunteers and program teams to ensure smooth operations.
