Key Responsibilities:

  • Create robust backend software solutions using Python with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks serving AI-powered features.
  • Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize cloud platforms for application development and deployment demonstrating expertise in new cloud and AI/ML specific services.
  • Design and implement Generative AI solutions including Retrieval Augmented Generation systems to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
  • Work with and integrate Large Language Models exploring fine-tuning prompt engineering and optimal model selection.
  • Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or similar enable autonomous and multi-step reasoning.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including AI Researchers and Data Scientists to translate cutting-edge research into impactful deployable solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation experimentation and continuous improvement in AI-driven development.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

Requirements:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous learning particularly in the AI/ML domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to tackle complex challenges independently especially in areas like AI model integration and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platform services ideally including AI/ML services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development preferably with FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts Large Language Models and their applications.
  • Familiarity with RAG systems.
  • Experience with Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently taking ownership of tasks and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Participation in Hackathons/Coding competitions is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies including those specific to AI/ML model evaluation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native development Docker Kubernetes is a strong plus.
