Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our IT services.

Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues, designing and implementing system configurations, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems. You will also be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders and clients to provide timely and effective support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure management processes and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering and operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure management processes and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCIE/CCNP/ITIL/COBIT/PMP/CISA/CISM
