Strategic Financial Planning Leader

The role of the Strategic Financial Planning Leader plays a pivotal part in shaping the organization's financial strategy and enabling informed decision-making across the company.

  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA or MBA (Finance)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth environments and preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in finance.
