Job Opportunity: Content Operations Associate

The Feeds Content Team is responsible for real-time processes that work on market data corporate action events, derivative and equity reference data maintenance, proactive checks, contributor data maintenance, quality assurance checks, and tracking developer notices. This team also supports real-time feeds and desktop business verticals around the clock.

Team members acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of exchange notifications and associated market conventions for various venues. They apply this knowledge to process reference data events and initiate data quality projects to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing and maintaining market data events across global equity exchanges, working on client queries, analyzing problems, providing RCA and resolution to clients, and maintaining reference data for derivative and equity instruments.

Required skills and qualifications include eagerness to learn and collaborate with others, attention to detail, ability to think and work independently within a team environment, excellent verbal and written English language skills, willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and basic knowledge in finance line.

Preferred qualifications include comfortable working with large datasets, basic knowledge in Excel and MS Office applications, good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Source and maintain market data events across global equity exchanges.
  • Work on client queries, analyze problems, provide RCA and resolution to clients.
  • Maintain reference data for derivative and equity instruments.
  • Identify sources with optimum data and raise requests for changes if necessary.
  • Track day-to-day developer notices and analyze for any data impact.
